ProCME Group Policy

In ProCME Group we want to contribute to a more balanced and cohesive society, founded on principles of sustainability. To achieve this, we undertake the following:

. the quality of life of our employees and those who interact with us, by respecting their rights and preventing work accidents and occupational hazards;

. the preservation of the environment, the rational use of natural resources, the prevention of pollution and the conservation of biodiversity;
. the sustained growth of Group companies, through innovation and continuous improvement of our processes and technologies. 

The implementation of these commitments is based on the application, in all our work, of the following guiding principles:

Planning

Plan the activity in all aspects, identifying and evaluating the risks and associated impacts and taking steps to minimize the negative effects and promoting activities with positive effects.

Complying

Respect the instruments (1) and comply with the requirements of national laws and regulations and international standards - including voluntary standards that Group companies subscribe to (2) - as well as any contractual requirements, with a view to satisfying all our partners, adding value and strengthening confidence in shareholders, customers, employees and society in general.

Improving

Setting goals in the various aspects that promote integration thereof into the global activity of the Group, evaluating the results and defining actions that will bring us closer to achieve the goals, continuously improving our performance.

Involving

. Empower all employees as essential elements of the organization to achieve the objectives by providing them with the proper training, promoting their professional and human development and adding value to the conciliation between work and family life;
. Develop partnership relationships with our customers and suppliers based on Quality of Service, Ethics and Social and Environmental Responsibility;
. Establish involvement commitments with local communities, NGOs and others to enhance development opportunities for positive actions to preserve the environment, biodiversity conservation and social development;
. Develop internal and external communication within the Group to ensure that all employees of the Group companies or others, provided they work under our coordination, know and embrace the principles expressed herein.
